Our Full Process
A step-by-step outline
1.
The request
The first step is for you to review our services and transparent pricing structure. You can then select the services you require and submit a request. We have a 20-image minimum order to make sure we can give your products the focus and attention they deserve.
2.
Approve the Plan
We’ll review your request and provide a detailed proposal outlining the shoot. Once you approve, you’re ready to send your products.
3.
Ship or Drop Off Your Products
Send your items to our Vancouver studio via shipping or schedule a free local pick-up/drop-off. If shipping, provide a tracking number and consider including a prepaid return label for easy returns.
4.
Confirm Payment
Once your products arrive and we verify they match your request, we’ll send an invoice. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe for secure and convenient payment.
5.
Shoot & Retouching
Our team gets to work, capturing high-quality, detail-rich images of your products. We then edit and retouch the shots to ensure they’re polished and market-ready.
6.
Review & Receive Your Images
You’ll receive a link to download and review your final images, with 7 days to request revisions before they are finalized. Once approved, your products are returned. We offer free pick-up and returns to Vancouver locals. You can schedule a pick-up from the Blyk studio or send us a return label from the courier of your choice.
