How do I submit my products for a photoshoot?

You can ship your products directly to our studio. If you're local to the Vancouver area, we also offer free pick-up and return services.

What’s the typical turnaround time for product images?

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the shoot and the number of items. However, most orders are delivered within 7 calendar days from the shoot date. We also offer expedited services if you need your images sooner.

Can I request edits or revisions to the photos?

Absolutely! After receiving your images, you have 7 calendar days to request any edits. We offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the photos meet your expectations. Additional rounds may incur extra fees. Read our Revision Policy.

How will I receive my final images?

Once the shoot is complete and we edit the images, we’ll send you a download link to access your high-resolution files. You can download them directly from the link and use them for your marketing, e-commerce, or social media platforms.
